I have a Sidra Chain mining account that has been blocked and I have been unable to log in for about one month. When I try to access my account, the screen shows that my profile is blocked and that verification is in progress, with AML screening in review, and I cannot use my account in any way. My Sidra Chain account is linked to the phone number +2348166613***. I have only one account and I want it to be reactivated so that I can access my mining account and continue using the service normally. I am requesting that my account be urgently reviewed, the verification process completed, and my access restored.
