Booking.com Reserved Vienna Hotel Led to Wrong Address

I booked accommodation in Vienna through Booking.com (confirmation number: 4295.540.610), but the experience was a complete nightmare. Before arriving, I tried multiple times to reach the property via phone and messages, as the listing indicated that we’d meet on-site and that free parking was available. Based on this, I rented a car for €40 per day. However, when we arrived, the address led us to a government building, leaving my family and me stranded with no accommodation.

I reported this issue to Booking.com several times but received no response. I had to scramble for alternative accommodations that were more expensive than average, and I paid €30 per day for parking on top of that. I am requesting a full refund for this failed reservation and hope Booking.com will respond promptly.
