Booking.com Reservation Price Drop Ignored

I made a reservation through Booking.com for a trip to Madrid one month ago, using confirmation code 4942257019. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel’s price had dropped by half compared to what I paid.

I repeatedly reached out to Booking.com via messages, creating multiple tickets to address this issue, but I received no response or resolution. It is unfair that I paid significantly more while the price was considerably lower during my stay.

I request that Booking.com apply the necessary adjustments and refund the price difference promptly. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, and I hope the company resolves this issue to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you.
