Booking.com Refuses Refund After Dirty and Incomplete Rome Rental




I rented a house in Rome through Booking.com, but it was filthy and full of missing essentials. I had booked it for 7 days, but after just one night, I left and moved to another place. Despite contacting Booking.com multiple times, they have refused to issue a refund. I’m extremely disappointed and will never use Booking.com again. They completely ignored my complaints and left me paying for a place I couldn’t even stay in. Booking, I demand a refund!
