Booking.com Hotel Denied My Paid Reservation and Refused a Refund

I booked a room at Hotel Eden in Florence, Italy, through Booking.com, but when I arrived, they refused to give me my room. It seems like they sold my reservation to someone else, even though I had already paid. Instead of fixing the issue, they kicked me out, claiming my reservation was non-refundable.
I contacted Booking.com multiple times via phone and email, but they did absolutely nothing to help me. I paid for a service I never received, and no one is taking responsibility.
Booking.com, I demand a full refund! This is completely unacceptable. If you can’t guarantee reservations, why even offer them? I will never trust your platform again!
