Booking.com Refund Request Due to Unclean Room at Bima Sakti House Canggu
I made a reservation through Booking.com for Bima Sakti House Canggu from 9 to 17 July, booking number 12233023100721026466. During my stay, the bathroom in my room was not clean and there was a constant bad smell coming from it, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Because of this hygiene problem, I decided to leave earlier and wanted to change my check-out date from 17 July to 12 July and get a refund for the nights I would not be staying. I spoke directly with the hotel, and they told me that any change and refund could only be handled by Booking.com customer service. I have been trying for hours to reach Booking.com support to solve this, but so far I have not been able to get any help or a solution. I kindly request that my reservation be adjusted so that my stay ends on 12 July instead of 17 July and that I receive a refund for the unused nights after 12 July,as the unclean bathroom and bad smell forced me to shorten my stay. I would like Booking.com to review this situation and assist me in resolving it as soon as possible.
