Booking.com Overcharged Me for My Stay and Won’t Allow a Free Cancellation

I booked a two-night stay through Booking.com that was listed as €135, but I was charged over €200. When I attempted to cancel the reservation, I was told it could only be canceled for an additional fee.

I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but I cannot get through to anyone for assistance. This overcharge and lack of proper support are completely unacceptable. My booking confirmation number is 4563465876.

I demand Booking.com refund the overcharged amount immediately and allow me to cancel the reservation without additional fees. Customers deserve accurate pricing and reliable customer service, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
