Booking.com Overcharged Me for My Stay and Won’t Allow a Free Cancellation

I booked a two-night stay through Booking.com that was listed as €135, but I was charged over €200. When I attempted to ...cancel the reservation, I was told it could only be canceled for an additional fee. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but I cannot get through to anyone for assistance.
