Booking.com Listed a Nonexistent Hotel and Left Me Without Accommodation

29

I made a reservation on Booking.com for the property “Le Nid - Duplex in Dijon” with a check‑in date of 23.05.2026 at 17:00. After arriving at the given address today, I discovered that this hotel does not exist. Despite having already paid online through Booking.com, there was no real accommodation at the location presented on the platform. Following this, I tried to reach both Booking.com and the property, but I have not received any response so far. I was left without the accommodation that I had paid for and relied on through your site. In this situation, I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this reservation and an apology from Booking.com for the inconvenience and loss of time caused by publishing a non‑existent property on your platform.
