Booking.com Hasn’t Refunded Me After Canceling My Milan Hotel Reservation
Last week, during my trip to Milan, I booked a one-night stay at a hotel through Booking.com. However, I later canceled the reservation and received a message confirming that the full refund would be processed. Since then, I haven’t received any follow-up regarding the refund, nor have I received any response to my emails.
This lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable. Booking.com needs to honor their refund policy and provide timely updates to customers. I demand an immediate refund for my canceled reservation and expect better support moving forward. Such delays and poor communication erode customer trust.
