Booking.com Fake Hotel Booking Complaint

I made a reservation through Booking.com for the dates 30.07 - 02.07 with confirmation number 4363983989. The property, Between Airport and the Harbor, sent me instructions via message on where to find the key. However, upon arrival, there was no key to be found. We waited all day, but no one arrived with the key. The contact phone number provided turned out to be fake, leaving my family and me stranded on the streets. This experience was deeply distressing and unacceptable.
