Booking.com Canceled My Paid Reservation and Left Me Stranded
I purchased and paid in advance for my accommodation through Booking.com on October 2, 2025. I was unable to check in because no one was at the meeting point. Despite all my messages and phone calls, the owner of the room, Bellavista Suite 8 Piazza del Popolo, did not contact me. They canceled my room within an hour without refunding the payment, leaving me stranded with my child, wife, and a guest. Despite all my requests to the responsible booking company, I have still not received a response. I advise everyone to be extremely careful.
