Booking.com Extranet Verification Locked Me Out

I am a partner of Booking.com for the property Samta Küçükköy and I am currently unable to update my bank details or other information in the Extranet due to an access and verification issue. I recently changed my phone number and no longer have access to my previous number, which is still registered in the Extranet system. In order to change my phone number or update my bank details, the system requires verification via SMS, phone call, or the Pulse application. Since my current device has never been linked to the Extranet, I cannot complete any of these verification steps and therefore cannot access my account or make any changes. I have contacted Turkish customer service, but they informed me that they are unable to help with this issue. I then tried calling international customer support, but the call was disconnected during the security verification process due to international call limitations. I also used the Extranet messaging system, but I only received automatic replies that did not provide a real solution or a way to complete verification. Because of this, I am effectively locked out of my Extranet account and cannot manage my property details or update my bank information. I kindly request that you provide an alternative verification method, such as a PIN code sent by email or another secure option, so that I can access the Extranet again and update my details. I am ready to provide any documents needed to verify my identity and confirm my ownership of the Samta Küçükköy property. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible, as I want to continue managing my property on Booking.com without interruption.
