Booking.com Customer Service Complaint

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Booking.com account for the past two days while trying to make account changes from the UK. I am trying to change my email address, but the verification codes sent by Booking.com are repeatedly being shown as “incorrect” when I enter them, even though I am certain I am typing in the exact codes that I receive. Because of this, I cannot complete the email change on my account, and I am effectively stuck. I have tried calling the UK customer service number, but I only reach an automated AI system that refuses to connect me to a human agent and keeps directing me back to the online customer service methods, which do not work for me at all. I feel completely unable to communicate with Booking.com through any of the so‑called customer service channels they provide. I expect Booking.com to urgently resolve this verification problem, allow me to change my email address smoothly, and most importantly provide access to a real human agent by phone or another direct channel so that I can get proper assistance now and be sure that similar account changes can be made in the future without this level of hassle.
