During my stay at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai between 26 May and 28 May, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room that was provided to me. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard, and this made my stay very uncomfortable. Despite staying at a reputed five-star property, the hygiene level of the room did not match the expectations associated with the Taj brand. This situation has caused me both inconvenience and dissatisfaction during a stay that was meant to be comfortable and worry-free. I kindly request a full refund for my stay on 26–28 May due to the unacceptable room conditions. I also expect the hotel management to review this matter seriously and ensure that similar issues do not occur for other guests in the future.
