Four Seasons Hotel Milano Room Was Dirty Despite My Booking.com Reservation
I made a reservation through Booking.com for Four Seasons Hotel Milano for the dates of May 20–22, with Booking.com reservation number 4567924, and paid a total of 350 euros for this stay. However, upon entering the room, I was extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness. The bedsheet had a strong, unpleasant smell and the bathroom was also smelly, which made the room feel filthy and unhygienic. I immediately reported these cleanliness issues to the hotel staff, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked and therefore no help or room change could be provided. As a result, I had to continue my stay under these unacceptable conditions, despite having paid for a high-standard hotel experience. Considering the poor hygiene conditions and the lack of an effective solution during my stay, I am requesting compensation in the form of at least a 50% refund (175 euros) or an equivalent credit for a future stay. I kindly ask Booking.com and Four Seasons Hotel Milano to review my complaint and provide a fair resolution as soon as possible.
