Booking.com Didn't Refund the Deposit
Dear Sir or Madam, I'm writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with Cityapartmentstay and Swikly. Check-in date: July 18, 2024; check-out date: June 23, 2024; confirmation number: 4707.526.648. PIN:8437. I paid €600 deposit for an apartment in Paris. It’s now the 26 Agust - and still the deposit has not been returned. Meant to be returned after 14 days. I tried to contact Customer service and they did not respond to any of my questions. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and that you will uphold the standards of your reputation.
