Booking.com Charged Without My Consent and I Can’t Reach Support

On June 30, 2025, a charge of 4193.12 AED was made to my Garanti Bonus credit card through Booking.com—without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this transaction, and I was not even aware that such a booking had been made.
I have attempted to contact Booking.com multiple times to dispute this unauthorized charge, but I’ve received no response and there’s no way to reach a real person. Their lack of customer support is shocking for a company of this size.
I demand an immediate refund of the full amount and a formal explanation of how this charge was processed without my approval. Unauthorized payments are a serious issue, and Booking.com must take responsibility for resolving this quickly.
