I am writing regarding reservation number 74874**2. I canceled my taxi reservation by mistake. I accept the deduction and expect my money to be refunded. It does not refund any of it. They charge for a service they do not provide. They also do not accept to book new taxi services. What is the point of the cancellation option if there will be no refund, even with deduction? The fee for a service not provided is deducted in full. It's a complete scam.
