Booking.com Charged an Unexpected Extra Fee at Hotel Check-Out, I Want a Refund

I made a reservation through Booking.com for JHJ Hotel in New York and stayed there on 30 June. At check‑out, the hotel charged me an unexpected extra fee of 90 USD under the description of “extra fees”. This additional 90 USD charge was not clearly stated or agreed upon during the reservation process, and I only became aware of it when I received the final bill at check‑out. I did not receive a clear explanation about what these extra fees cover. I request that the unjustified extra charge of 90 USD be refunded to my account and that I be provided with a clear explanation of why this amount was added to my bill.
