Booking.com Canceled My Free Taxi in Paris Over a Change and Now Wants €85 to Rebook

I made a hotel reservation in Paris for 5 people through Booking.com. Unfortunately, my friends couldn't get their visas, so I had to travel alone. As part of the original booking, I earned a free airport taxi service. Since I would now be traveling solo, I tried to adjust the taxi from 5 passengers to 1.
That’s when the issue started—the change triggered an automatic cancellation of the taxi booking. When I tried to rebook it, I was suddenly asked to pay €85 (₺ equivalent) for a service that was originally included for free.
There is no phone number to contact Booking Taxi directly. When I emailed them, they told me to speak with Booking.com. But Booking.com says they can’t help because Booking Taxi is “a separate platform” and they don’t see any cancellation in their system. I’ve been stuck in this loop for over a week now, going back and forth and getting nowhere.
Today, after all this time, Booking.com support finally admitted there’s nothing they can do. So now, because of a simple change, I’ve lost a benefit I was entitled to—and have no support from either side.
