Booking.com Ignoring My Airport Transfer Refund Request for Hotel d’Amsterdam
On September 17, I made a reservation through Booking.com at Hotel d’Amsterdam in Amsterdam, which included a free airport transfer service. However, due to heavy crowds and long passport control lines at the airport, I was unable to use the transfer. When I contacted Booking.com, I was told to take a taxi instead and submit the receipt for reimbursement.
I paid €55 by credit card for the taxi and submitted the invoice to Booking.com as instructed. However, nearly a month has passed, and the refund has still not been processed. I have contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times, but each time I was connected to a different representative and had to explain the entire situation again. Despite repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved, no action has been taken.
My reservation number is 132263684. I kindly request that the €55 taxi fare be refunded to my account immediately, as I followed all of Booking.com’s instructions in good faith.
