Booking.com Athens Reservation Refund Request
In Athens, Greece, I made a reservation through the Booking app for 09/04/2024 - 10/04/2024 with confirmation number 4717187451 and pin code 7428. I specifically chose a hotel advertised as 4-star. However, upon arrival, I was met with a room that fell significantly below my expectations. There weren't even disposable slippers available. We had requested a baby cot, but they brought us a cot filled with waste items from the corridor. I couldn't cancel my reservation through the app and couldn't reach customer service either. As a result, I was forced to stay on the streets until five in the morning and couldn't find another hotel. Despite paying for two days, I wasn't refunded for the time I didn't stay. I don't recommend booking hotels through Booking.com.
