I booked a 2-night stay at Belgrade Eden Luxury Suites Terazi for my family, expecting a comfortable experience. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find an unkempt facility with unpainted walls, broken mirrors, and an entrance resembling a gambling den. This was nothing like the 4-star listing or the photos on Booking.com.

Once we reached the 6th floor, the staff rudely demanded we decide immediately if we wanted to stay, stating, “This is not a marketplace.” Their tone was degrading, and when we hesitated, they practically threw us out. With two children, we were left scrambling to find another hotel while enduring such appalling treatment.

The discrepancy between the photos, descriptions, and reality is unacceptable. This facility should not be listed as 4-star, and I demand an investigation into how this rating was granted. As tourism professionals ourselves, we have never encountered such dishonesty and disrespect.

We request a full refund for a stay we could not even begin. Booking.com’s lack of quality control has eroded our trust in the platform. Immediate action is needed to address these fraudulent listings and ensure travelers are not subjected to similar mistreatment.
