Booking.com Left Me Stranded With Kids and Ignored My Refund

I had confirmed booking with Booking.com. On the day of check-in, I did not receive any check-in details from property owner, and no response via Booking.com messaging system or on Whataspp. I finally called the property owner, and was informed my booking is not confirmed. With 2 children travelling with me, I had no place to go on the day that I have confirmed booking from booking. com. The property owner was rude, and did not even show any sympathy over this issue. He shared this is on-going issue with booking.com system. He has requested me to cancel my booking and request full refund from booking.com. On the same day, I called into booking.com customer service, requesting my full refund. That was 1st June, and 2 weeks later, I have yet received any response or update from booking.com. Numerous messages send to booking.com to follow up on the refund, the messaging system is a flaw system. The message is send without any traceability. I want my money back. Booking.com cannot be trusted at all! The system is not working! The customer service talked long windedly, no follow up, and no resolution. My money paid, no place to stay with 2 children on the day, and no response or follow up from Booking.com! I want my money back!
