Booking Canceled My Hotel Reservation Without Notice, Payment Not Refunded

Despite being a frequent user of Booking, I had a terrible experience during my Hurghada vacation. I booked two hotels, with the second specifically chosen for its child-friendly entertainment for my son. However, due to a payment issue, Booking canceled my reservation without notifying me properly. I only discovered this later when I checked my email.
Neither Booking nor the hotel contacted me to resolve the issue, and my payment has not been refunded. I even reached out to both parties, offering to resolve the payment immediately, but no one was willing to assist. This is unacceptable—I lost both my reservation and my money. I demand a full refund and a proper resolution to this unfair treatment.
