Black&Decker Spare Parts Fail! 2016 Drill Battery Dead

I bought a Black&Decker cordless drill back in 2016, but the battery life has expired. When I inquired at service centers for a new battery, I couldn't find one anywhere. I reached out to Black & Decker headquarters via email, but they informed me that they couldn't locate the product. I emphasized that they should provide spare parts for at least 10 years, but they responded, admitting it was true but they couldn't supply them. When I chose this product, I opted for a world-renowned brand, but unfortunately, we've been left to fend for ourselves. I'm writing here to seek a solution to my problem.
