I purchased the Bosch Professional GBH 180-LI cordless drill a year and a half ago, choosing Bosch over Hilti. However, this supposedly top-notch drill has been in for repairs three times. Despite claims of replacing all its parts, the concrete drilling power has significantly weakened, and the noise has become an irritating screech. Requesting an exchange for a new one, the service center informed me that no replacements would be made. The current underperforming state of the drill is hindering my work. I trusted Bosch for its quality, but it seems they are just an ordinary company that doesn't stand behind their products. I demand a replacement for my drill. If not, I'll make sure to share the disappointing experience with Bosch and this product across all my social media platforms.
