I Face Missing NAOS Code and Authenticity Concerns with Bioderma Sensibio H2O 500ml Duo

Hello, I purchased the 500ml x2 Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar Water pack from a pharmacy, but I noticed that there’s no NAOS code printed on either of the bottles. When I scanned the QR code, it redirected me to a general product page and showed ingredient information—but the NAOS app won’t recognize or register the product at all.
There’s also no option to manually enter a code into the app to earn points or verify authenticity. This has left me concerned about whether the product I bought is truly original. Considering that I purchased it from what I assumed was a reliable source, this experience is confusing and disappointing.
Bioderma, I’m asking for immediate support. Please confirm whether this version of the product is authentic and explain why the NAOS code is missing. I also request guidance on how to register the product properly in the app. When customers pay a premium (₺) for your products, they expect full transparency, reliable verification tools, and peace of mind. Please resolve this matter promptly.
