Bioderma Naos App Blocked My Account – Years of Points Lost

As a loyal Bioderma user for years, I downloaded the Naos app to collect and redeem reward points. However, today when I tried to log in, I received a message stating "your account access has been blocked."

I am not alone—many other users seem to be facing the same issue, yet there has been no clear response or resolution from the company. I have spent a long time accumulating points through this app, and now all that effort seems wasted.

When will you fix this issue permanently? I expect immediate access to my account or at the very least a valid explanation. If this is not addressed soon, I will be forced to escalate my complaint.
