Bigpoint DarkOrbit Unfair Ban And Customer Service Problem

I have been playing DarkOrbit from Bigpoint for 15 years, but now all of my effort and money has gone to waste because of unfair practices. The company allows players to use cheat bots in the game, and they profit from it instead of enforcing fair play. What makes it worse is that the so-called game moderators are chosen from within the player base, which creates favoritism and bias. Even when you are right, they protect their friends. In my case, another player insulted me, and when I responded, I was punished with a permanent 100-year ban. This is completely unfair after 15 years of dedication and significant spending on the game. I have lost both my account and the money I invested. I demand that Bigpoint take responsibility, remove this unjust ban, and stop supporting a system that benefits from bots while punishing loyal players.
