Unauthorized Tracelohelp.com Charge on Capitec Account
I recently discovered an unauthorised card transaction from my Capitec account to Tracelohelp.com for the amount of R146.25 at around 11 o’clock. I never signed up for any service with this company, nor did I give any permission or consent for this deduction from my account. This situation has caused me concern because I do not know how my card details were used for this transaction, and I do not accept any charges from Tracelohelp.com. I request that this payment be investigated as unauthorised and that the full amount of R146.25 be refunded to my Capitec account. In addition, I want any possible subscription or recurring charges linked to my card with Tracelohelp.com to be cancelled and blocked so that no further deductions can be made in the future without my explicit consent. I expect written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the card is protected against any further unauthorised transactions related to this merchant.
