Expert Option Denies Refund for Accidental Trading Error

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with my Expert Option micro trading account in Nigeria. On 27 February 2026, I deposited 10 USD into my micro account and, by mistake, placed trades with the entire amount, which resulted in a complete loss of my balance. Immediately after realizing my error, I contacted Expert Option customer support and requested a refund of the 10 USD, explaining that the trade was placed mistakenly. However, I was informed by support that the money is non‑refundable and that nothing could be done about my situation. I respectfully request that Expert Option review this case and consider a full refund of my 10 USD deposit as a gesture of goodwill, given that the loss occurred due to a mistaken trade and involves a small amount for a micro account. I would appreciate it if my situation could be reconsidered and a positive response provided.
