Bigpoint Support Banned Me Unfairly While Ignoring Players Who Use Insults

I recently received a message from Bigpoint Customer Support stating:
“You can report wherever you want. We even have screenshots showing you insulting your rival’s mother, and you openly admitted account sharing. If this is not a ban reason, then what is? You can email anyone you want, but your account will not be unlocked until the ban expires. Regards, Bigpoint Customer Service Team.”

This response is outrageous. In reality, I was the one insulted first and yet the players who directed heavy insults at me were never banned. Meanwhile, my account was banned simply for saying a single word.

It’s clear that there is favoritism in alliances. In particular, players in the FSM alliance who are backed by admins are free to insult everyone without consequences, while ordinary players like me get punished unfairly. This creates a toxic and unbalanced environment, where admins protect certain groups while ignoring the real abusers.

I demand that Bigpoint review this case fairly, lift the unfair ban on my account, and stop protecting players who break the rules simply because they are close to admins. If a ban is applied, it must be applied equally to everyone, not just selectively.
