FamPay ₹240 Sent To Wrong UPI ID - Refund Request


I am writing to report a fraud incident that took place through my FamPay wallet and to request a refund of the amount I lost. On 28 February 2026 at around 5:25 PM, I made a payment of ₹230 from my FamPay wallet by scanning a QR code shared with me on Telegram. After the payment was completed, the person did not provide the promised service and instead cheated me, which makes this a clear case of online fraud. My FamPay account is registered with the mobile number 62664594**. The transaction was done via QR code through the FamPay wallet, and after receiving the money, the other party stopped cooperating, and I was unable to recover my funds or contact them properly. I kindly request that this incident be investigated urgently, that the account or QR code used by the fraudster be traced and blocked if possible, and that my ₹230 be refunded to my FamPay wallet if you are able to do so as per your policies. I also request guidance on any further steps I should take regarding this fraud.
