Bigpoint Blocks Account Recovery Due to Inaccessible Email Address
I have been using my Bigpoint account for 16 years, and I am still actively playing. However, the account is tied to an old email address that I can no longer access. Because of this, I cannot add or verify a new email address, since the system insists on sending a confirmation code to the old address—which I cannot log into.
I have explained this problem to Bigpoint multiple times through different channels, but the only response I keep receiving is: “Contact your email provider.” That is completely useless in my situation, because the email account is either permanently closed or no longer accessible.
How am I supposed to update my account to a new email if all verifications go to an address I can’t use? I have offered to provide any proof necessary to show that I am the rightful owner and active user of this account, yet Bigpoint has refused to help and left me without a solution.
I demand proper support to recover my account and update it with a valid email address. A player should not lose access to a 16-year-old account simply because the linked email is no longer accessible.
