Disappointed with Bibs Baby Bottle's Supposed "Unbreakable" Quality

We've been happily using Bibs products since my baby was born, especially impressed with the glass quality of the Bibs bottle compared to other brands. I purchased the bottle from a trusted boutique store based on a recommendation and the "unbreakable" label. However, after some use, I noticed cracks on the outside and bottom of the bottle.
Since the cracks aren't on the inside, I can still use the bottle under close supervision. However, I can't let my baby use it alone, as she naturally wants to bring it to her mouth, which means I can't support her motor development properly. Despite being marketed as unbreakable and costing significantly more than other bottles, I find it unusable and won't recommend it to others. How this issue is resolved will influence my decision to purchase Bibs products in the future.
Hello, our Bibs bottles are made from durable borosilicate glass. However, like any glass product, they can of course break. We use glass not because it won't break, but because it is healthier than plastic products. But of course, we cannot guarantee that it won't break. Care should also be taken with temperature changes in the bottle. For the safety of your baby, we do not recommend using a broken bottle. We also have bottle sleeves to help protect your bottle. You can use them if you prefer. For your information.
