Bibs Bottles Fail to Deliver Promised Durability

I have been using Bibs products for my baby since their birth, and I have been enjoying the superior quality of Bibs bottles compared to others. I purchased the bottle for my newborn from a trusted boutique store based on a recommendation and the assurance of it being "unbreakable." However, after using it, I noticed that there are cracks on the outer part and bottom of the bottle. Since the cracks are not on the inside, I can still use the bottle under close supervision. However, I cannot leave my baby alone with the bottle for them to drink on their own, as they naturally bring the bottle to their mouth. Consequently, their motor development is hindered. Not only am I unable to effectively use your product, which is marketed as unbreakable and priced significantly higher than other bottles on the market, but I also cannot recommend it to others anymore. The resolution process will impact my future brand preferences for subsequent purchases.
