Bibs Baby Pacifier Quality Issue - Unmatched Ends
I can't believe Bibs would take baby health so lightly. The pacifier I've been using consistently and following all usage recommendations for has mismatched ends in color and texture. One end of the pacifier appears worn out. I believe this is a production defect. The product looks powdery inside and out, and has a thinned structure. I make purchases from Bibs' own website. We haven't used the product at all. I demand a prompt resolution with an apology for the inconvenience caused.
