Hello, The Bepanthol Baby diaper rash prevention cream tube I use for my baby exploded from the side. It wasn't squeezed or pressed during transportation. I can't use it. The packaging of a product sold at such a high price shouldn't be of such poor quality. I can't use it, and the money I spent has gone to waste. I urgently request assistance and the quick resolution of this issue. I've used it for both of my children, and this is the first time experiencing such a thing.
