Refund Request for BetterMe Subscription Due to Shaky Language Support

I just signed up for your service, but I was disappointed to see that the descriptions and terms were only in English, even though most of your customers are Turkish. Even though I like that I can sign up and get help in Turkish while doing so, I think the whole site should be in Turkish to avoid any confusion. I haven't used your service because of this problem, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I want BetterMe to get in touch with me and cancel my subscription and give me my money back.I think BetterMe should put language support for its customers at the top of its list and make sure that all information is easy for them to find. I hope that BetterMe will take steps to improve its customer service and that this problem can be fixed quickly.
