BetterMe Subscription Charges Continue Despite Cancellation Attempts

I have been trying to cancel my BetterMe subscription for two months, but every month, approximately ₺800 is still being deducted from my account. Despite contacting them multiple times, I’ve received no resolution or refund. Each time, I am told that the issue will be addressed, but I am unable to reach anyone who can actually help.

This has become incredibly frustrating, and I regret not researching the company beforehand. If I had known about these issues, I would never have signed up for a membership. I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charges and a confirmation that my subscription has been canceled. BetterMe must improve its customer service and resolve these billing problems promptly.
