BetterMe Subscription Won't Cancel, Charging Monthly

I initially signed up for a trial membership with BetterMe, but I haven’t used it at all and decided I wanted to cancel. Despite multiple attempts, the cancellation option just doesn’t work, and I keep getting charged ₺350 monthly without any way to stop it. Each time I try to go through the app’s cancellation process, I get an error that blocks me from ending my subscription. I am incredibly frustrated by the app’s lack of functionality and customer support on this issue. BetterMe, I demand an immediate refund for the two charges already taken and a complete cancellation of my membership. This situation needs to be resolved right away, as I shouldn't be paying for a service I don't use and can't even cancel!
