BetterMe Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription

“Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you.”

I subscribed to the BetterMe app for one month in September and canceled the subscription afterward. I even deleted the app from my phone. However, yesterday, ₺699 was charged to my card without my consent. I reinstalled the app to check my subscription status, and it clearly showed that the subscription had been canceled.

I submitted feedback requesting a refund, but they emailed me claiming I hadn’t canceled the subscription. I contacted my bank to report this unauthorized charge, and I plan to escalate this matter further. This is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund. BetterMe must improve their system to prevent such unauthorized charges and respect canceled subscriptions.
