BetterMe Subscription Charges Continue Even After Cancellation – Requesting Refund

In October 2024, I started a BetterMe subscription but decided to cancel as I no longer wanted to continue. I followed the cancellation instructions in the app and believed the process was completed. However, I recently discovered that for the past three months, ₺350 has been deducted from my card every month despite my cancellation.

This is unacceptable, as I had no intention of continuing the subscription and was under the impression that it had been canceled. I urgently request that BetterMe immediately cancels the subscription, stops further charges, and refunds the unauthorized payments. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and transparently, as it has caused unnecessary frustration and financial loss.
