BetterMe Continued Charges After Cancellation

Even after I canceled my BetterMe subscription, my credit card continues to be plagued by unauthorized charges. After using the BetterMe app for a month, I made the decision to cancel my membership. Despite my successful cancellation, they persistently deduct ₺234.32 from my credit card on a regular basis. Surprisingly, there has been another ₺700 withdrawal. I'm incredibly frustrated because there doesn't seem to be a customer service number that I can reach. I've tried everything, and now I'm left with no other option but to vent my frustration here. I would like to request a refund for these unauthorized charges.

Hello! BetterMe is a subscription-based product. All subscription information, including billing cycle, trial, post-trial price, renewal terms, etc., is specified before the purchase (on the plan selection page and payment page) and after the purchase (payment confirmation email). The subscription renewal can be manually canceled through the BetterMe app > More > Manage Subscription or through the company's web resources. A successfully canceled subscription cannot be renewed.
