Even after I canceled my BetterMe subscription, my credit card continues to be plagued by unauthorized charges. After using the BetterMe app for a month, I made the decision to cancel my membership. Despite my successful cancellation, they persistently deduct ₺234.32 from my credit card on a regular basis. Surprisingly, there has been another ₺700 withdrawal. I'm incredibly frustrated because there doesn't seem to be a customer service number that I can reach. I've tried everything, and now I'm left with no other option but to vent my frustration here. I would like to request a refund for these unauthorized charges.
