BetterMe Charged Me Monthly Without Consent After One-Week Plan


I subscribed to BetterMe for a one-month plan, but I recently discovered that the subscription was extended without my consent, and monthly charges were deducted from my account. A total of ₺800 has been taken, and I was never informed or warned about the automatic renewal.
I demand an explanation as to why this happened and request an immediate refund of the full amount. This unauthorized charging is unacceptable. I purchased a single month, not a recurring subscription. BetterMe must process my refund promptly and ensure such issues are prevented in the future. I expect a swift resolution and proper communication regarding my complaint.
