BetterMe Charging My Card Without Consent for 5 Months

I purchased a one-month plan from the BetterMe app, but for the past 5 months, ₺98 has been automatically charged to my card each month without my consent. I only realized this recently, and when I contacted customer support via email, they told me that they cannot issue a refund. However, at the time of purchase, I was not informed that the plan would renew automatically. On what basis are you continuing to charge me without my approval? This is unacceptable. If you do not cancel my subscription and refund the unauthorized charges, I will be forced to pursue legal action. Please resolve this immediately.
