I purchased a one-month plan from the BetterMe app, but for the past 5 months, ₺98 has been automatically charged to my card each month without my consent. I only realized this recently, and when I contacted customer support via email, they told me that they cannot issue a refund. However, at the time of purchase, I was not informed that the plan would renew automatically. On what basis are you continuing to charge me without my approval? This is unacceptable.
