BetterMe Charged Me Monthly Without Consent After One-Week Plan

In May, I purchased a one-month subscription to the BetterMe Health app. I clearly intended to pay for only one month, yet without my consent or authorization, the app continued charging my credit card in the following months. Over a period of three months, a total of ₺1,050 was deducted — ₺350 each month — despite me never agreeing to a recurring plan.
I made the payments via credit card, and when I realized the unauthorized charges, I tried to cancel my subscription through the app. However, I could not find any customer service phone number or direct support channel to contact. This lack of accessible assistance made the situation even more frustrating.
I live in Balıkesir and have all the receipts for the charges made without my approval. I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized payments and immediate confirmation that my subscription has been canceled to prevent further deductions. I expect BetterMe to address this issue promptly and provide a clear explanation of why these charges were made without my consent.
