I downloaded the BetterMe app and subscribed to a one-week plan, which I believed would end after that period. However, once my one-week subscription ended, the app began charging me ₺650 monthly without my consent.

I did not agree to or authorize this recurring payment. Furthermore, I cannot find a customer service phone number or direct way to contact BetterMe to cancel the subscription and request a refund for the unauthorized charges.

I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the charges taken from my card after the one-week plan. This issue needs to be resolved promptly, and I urge BetterMe to improve their communication channels for such matters.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
